Return & Exchange Policy

Android gladly offers 7-day, money back guarantee, return policy. To return merchandises, please follow the steps below:

  1. If you are not completely satisfy with the merchandise, please send your request of return / exchange to our customer care to obtain the return authorization number (RA#).
  2. Please write the RA# clearly on the Original Packing Slip and also outside of the package.
  3. All returned watches must be in brand-new condition with the original packaging.
  4. Enclosed the Original Packing Slip. Please save yourself a copy for future reference.
  5. Pack the return item securely. Use of an insured, traceable carrier is recommended. We cannot be held accountable for lost merchandise.

We cannot refund your original shipping charges. Refund will be issued to your credit card or in other form of payment.

We cannot issue you credit if any of the above requirements are not met.
