Automatic movement can be wound by crown or rotor.
To restart an automatic after a period of not wearing, it is best to manually wind it with
approximately 20 to 25 turns clockwise.
Main spring can be damaged by over winding the crown (Not under warranty).
When the movement is over wound using the crown, the mainspring will contract and cause
the stem to release when pulled. Should this occur, simply insert the stem back into the watch.
This feature was designed for over winding protection.
To use the rotor method for winding, turn watch counter clockwise with watch dial facing you.
The rotor will also turn counter clockwise.
Rotor has maximum of 650 turns per day.
A full charge retains approximately 40 hours of power.
