Spring Pins:
To adjust links for sizing from the inside of the watchband, use a small tool (such as a small screwdriver) to push watch pins inwards. The pin acts as a spring and will decrease in length when pressured is applied. When pressure is withdrawn the pin will spring back to its original length. When the pin is decreased in length it will release from the adjoining link. Repeat this process to remove the desired amount of links.

Clipping Pins:
To remove links, place watchband on its side with the arrows facing downwards towards the ground. Next take a sharp object such as a blunt nail and push down on the rounded side of the watch pin. You may use masking tape to cover the pin so as not to damage the watch and tap lightly on the sharp object to push the pin out. Do not remove the pin from the flat screw-like side as this may damage the link. Once the pin has been release repeat the process to remove the link entirely. Reverse the process to reattach the links. But always ensure that the pins are replaced the correct way up with flat end facing downwards in the same direction as the arrows and the round end facing upwards.

Mesh Band:
Using a sharp object, such as a blunt nail flip the shutter on the watchband up to release the clasp. Slide the clasp up and down the band to find the correct fitting. Lock the clasp by pushing the shutter down on any of the indented lines along the watchband. Ensure clasp locks into the indent so as to secure the new fitting.

Quick Change Pins:
To release the quick-change pins on the watchband, slide the silver pinhead on the inside of the band inwards. This will release the pin and allow you to remove the band.
