 Liang graduated with a degree in International Business and a deep interest in design. He founded ANDROID® in 1991 as a watch-making company with a unique philosophy: high-quality production of cutting-edge designs with forward-looking technology and the support of excellent service. As CEO and sole designer, Wing ensures this philosophy is conveyed in every ANDROID® timepiece.

 At its inception in 1991, the company started by making fashion watches with an eye to the great design heritage of American film, industry and fashion. The iconic Alien watch from the 1994 collection reflect this sensibility. But Wing’s growing awareness of trends in horology has led him to choose ever more important movements and increasingly refined materials. 

 ANDROID® now has global reach, with product available around the world, inspected for quality and shipped from its headquarters in Florida. Wing Liang is personally involved in fostering improved media and social media presence to communicate with the watch-buying community.
