Where do I find my warranty booklet and instruction manual?
There is a finger hole on the underneath side of the watch box, warranty and instructions manual are found there.


What is a Screw-Down Crown?
A “Screw-Down Crown” maintains the water resistance. You must tighten the screw-down crown snugly prior to use. To unscrew it, turn the crown counter-clockwise. To tighten it, push it in & turn it clockwise in one motion. Failure to do so may result in water intrusion into the case causing damage to the internal components. Water damage to the watch internals are not covered under warranty if not a result of a manufacturing defect.


Is there a customer service number I can call if I have questions about my watch?
Yes, you may call 888-868-1828 anytime Monday – Friday, from 10:00am – 6:00pm EST. You may also email questions to info@android-usa.com.


May I purchase extra links, parts or bands for my ANDROID watch?
Yes, please refer to our website www.android-usa.com, or you may call 888-868-1828 to purchase extra parts.


Where can I find a local dealer that carries ANDROID?
You must call our customer service line at 888-868-1828 to find out.


How do I register my watch?
You may call, go through the website or send in the registration by mail from the back of the warranty booklet.


How do I find the instructions for my watch in booklet?
Instructions are listed by the movement of the watch. If you look on the back of your watch on the case back, you will find the maker and caliber of movement.


What if my movement was not listed in the booklet?
If you can't find your watch instructions in the booklet, please call customer service or try to search on the ANDROID website for your movement.


My watch is water resistant, can I swim with it?
There are varying levels of water resistance. Please check our section on Water Resistance to learn more about your water resistant watch.


Repair or Service Instructions


How do I send in my watch for repair or service?
You can follow the instructions in the warranty booklet, in our warranty section or you may call our service center for more information. Some problems may be able to be resolved over the phone.


Do I need to get a return authorization number?
No we do not require a return authorization number for repairs or service.


How do I check the status of my repair or service watch?
You may call us during normal business hours at 888-868-1828, or email us at info@android-usa.com.


What is the cost involved in sending in my watch?
Depending on what is wrong with your watch, there may be a cost involved. There is always a shipping and handling fee charged for any warranty repair or service issue. It is $15.00 for US and $25.00 for International customers.


Can I take my watch to a local jeweler to have it repaired or serviced?
We do not recommend taking it to anyone other than our watch repair specialists. The warranty may be voided if done so.


What about battery replacement for my quartz watch?
ANDROID USA provides free battery replacement for the life of your watch. You only have to pay for the S&H fee of $15.00. This will cover up to 5 watches so you may send more than one at a time if you need to.


What if I lost my proof of purchase and did not register my watch for warranty? Can I still have in repaired under the warranty agreement?
Depending on where you bought the watch, we might be able honor the warranty. Please call us at our service center to determine if you are eligible.
